Tenant Property Sourcing

Our charges for this service are negotiated on an individual basis. Normally we will require a retainer based on the size and type of property and the complexity of your requirements: finding a 1-bedroom city centre flat takes less time and effort than a barn conversion surrounded by rolling countryside!

Our basic terms are as follows:

UK Clients
Minimum Retainer: £250 (considered as part-payment of final fee)
Success Fee: normally one month's rent less retainer

Overseas Clients
Minimum Retainer: £400 (considered as part-payment of final fee)
Success Fee: normally one month's rent less retainer

Terms of Business

  • I agree to pay fees as detailed above (subject to final negotiation) and understand that until the retainer is paid a search will not commence

  • I understand that I may have to pay a separate agency fee to another company to process any application for a property
  • I agree that the balance of the success fee must be paid to BRPL at the same time as and separate from any agency fee
  • I understand that the success fee is not refundable in the event that my tenancy application fails
